As Associate Pastor, Dane assists Bro. Russ in the pastoral duties of the church and community. As Music Pastor, he leads in worship and provides direction to the music and worship ministries at First Baptist Princeton.

Sandy Hodge, Director of Children’s Ministry

Sandy directs the First Baptist Princeton children’s ministry from birth through grade 6. Her desire is to create a dynamic ministry partnering with parents to raise spiritual champions for Christ. She recruits, trains and empowers volunteer leaders within family ministry.

Family: Mom to Jennifer, Emily, Rob, and Ryan; loves being “Maaize” to 5 granddaughters — Annie, Lilly, Meg, Kate, and Lila and 4 grandsons – Jack, Graham, Grey, and Hunter
Favorite Food: Southern cuisine, especially shrimp dishes
Hobbies /Interests: Interior design projects, entertaining, dining out

Hometown: Louisville, KY. Life as a pastor’s kid moved her to KY, IN, FL, IL.
Education & Experience: B.A. in Elementary Education, Georgetown College. Worked with youth and children in churches in KY and SC as a college student until coming on staff at First Baptist Princeton

Cindy Long, Director of Student Ministry cindyl@fbcprinceton.com
Through a variety of teaching methods and through mission opportunities, Cindy’s hope for her ministry is to see students grow, serve and connect to Jesus Christ and His world. Her desire is to have students know Jesus intimately, through His grace and knowledge, as they prepare to graduate from high school.

Family: She was married to Ron Long (who passed away 2014); two sons and five grandchildren; Clint and Misty Long and their children Connor & Madi; and Jacob and Dayla Long and their children, Christina, Dalton and Austin
Favorite Food: Country fried steak and lemon pie
Hobbies/Interests: Running with the grandkids (ballgames, Chuck E. Cheese) and pretty much just hanging with them; spending time with her friends, playing board and card games.

Education & Experience: Associates Degree plus 15 hours in Human Services from University of Kentucky (HCC); Retired Criminal Defense Investigator for the State of Kentucky; 30 years as a youth worker at several Baptist churches; Youth & Children’s Director, Fredonia First Baptist
